N.S. Hughes, Inc. is the creative brainchild of Nancy S. Hughes (right), a nationally recognized author and authoritative food consultant, who through 25 years of study, writing, recipe development and lecturing has built N.S. Hughes, Inc. into a valuable “go-to” resource for top food corporations and organizations.

Based in Daphne, Alabama, N.S. Hughes, Inc. serves clients throughout the United States and Canada and works regularly with some of the largest food corporations, health-focused organizations and magazines in the nation.

Nancy is the author of 11 nationally published cookbooks, the recipe developer for 45 additional cookbooks and a variety of food magazines with over 4,000 published recipes to her credit. She has also produced a large body of magazine articles, provides editing and food styling services, and acts as spokesperson for various food entities.

Through close collaborative efforts with various editors and health organizations, she is able to offer the highest level of expertise to assist in innovative ways to reach the consumer with recipes ranging from healthy to gourmet to everyday.
