About Nancy

Nancy S. Hughes is the author of 11 nationally published cookbooks as well as a recipe developer for 45 additional cookbooks.

With a culinary arts degree and over 25 years of experience, her contagious enthusiasm and insatiable passion has taken her from being a director of a cooking school and spokesperson to a food consultant for some of the top companies in the nation.

Nancy has been privileged to work with major corporations and organizations, such as Weight Watchers, the American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, Better Homes & Gardens, Cooking Light, Betty Crocker, Publications International, Smart Balance, Canola Info, USA Rice Federation, Pillsbury and Pompeian Inc.

Currently, she is writing her 12th book and resides in Daphne, Alabama with her husband, Greg.
